Yes, Deposits must be made to hold the date and time
block. at least 30 days prior to the event.
Deposit amount is minimum $200, and may be more depending
on multiple factors such as how long you’re renting the
space, how much space is needed, and the type of event
you’re having.
The balance is to be paid off no later than 7 days prior.
If booking less than 7 days out, the full amount is due at
the time the reservation is made.
Craft Club reserves the right to determine if security is
necessary.
All Craft Club based evening based events with 25 or more
guests will require a security professional to be on
premise after 8pm until the end of the event for an
additional fee of $125 (1 person). The security
professional is for general client coverage. They are not
responsible for guest management at door entry.
* If the client requires a security professional to do
door monitoring (general pat down) an additional fee of
$125.00 (2 total persons) will be applied to the clients
account. All additional security professionals added to an
event are $125.00 per person added.
Security deposits are only required for rentals of the
entire space and it is a minimum of $250 per floor.
If we do not have to clean up after your event you get the
security deposit returned to you within 48 hours after the
party.

No illegal activities will be occurring at the event, all laws must be abided by.
Must be 21+ to reserve and enter the venue.

We have the right to cancel or end any event if disturbances are being created, rules are being broken or any illegal activities are taking place.
Camera Monitoring/Surveillance is taking place 24 hours a day for the safety of all our clients and staff.
Date changes must be done 30 days in advance unless the venue is asking you to change the date.
No refunds unless the event is canceled 1 month prior to its date.
No tobacco use of any kind (smoking, vaping, or chewing) in the venue. This applies to Marijuana in states where the usage is legal.
No confetti, silly string, or similar products.
No promoting of illegal behavior.
No pets, except for service and emotional support animals.
No movements of fixtures, or furniture without the full agreement of the venue prior to the event.
No firearm possession, no explosives, fireworks, firecrackers, or similar items.
